The HV-Turbo HP 400 Air Starter Unit is fully refurbished and in very good condition!

The HV-Turbo HP 400 ppm is a mobile Air Start Unit (ASU), complying to AHM 76, for aircraft engine starting. It consists of a truck-mounted turbo-compressor driven by a diesel engine and controlled by a computer based control system via a regulating valve. It's intended both for start-up of jet engines at high pressure and as drive for ventilation of aircraft cabins (airpac) at low pressure. Also a special mode for continuous operation while testing engines is provided.

The HV-Trubo HP 400 can be transported and operated by one person, and it can be ready for operation after a few minutes warm up period, which can also take place during transportation.

All is mounted on a truck chassis and can be operated from the drivers cabin. The pressure air is supplied through hoses from 3 supply nozzles at the rear of the vehicle.
